I think though the best thing to do is going to UK.
I saw one with a spare engine and a lots of parts fro less money that a wreck would be here.

Hi, I have just registered today and am still trying to work out how to use the forum!! I am in the south west of france and have a nice xtz750 that has been stored for 8 - 10 years. runs and rides well but a little rough at idle - carbs want a look at. Engine, gearbox, suspension perfect, looks real nice and original - paintwork pretty clean. 25000 on the clock. A small hole in silencer that will repair.
